How we do it
Our team is used to working as specialist members of agile cross-functional teams and adapting to internal development processes. We're comfortable working either on-site to maximise collaboration, or as a remote team delivering a specific outcome.
We also appreciate that not all organisations are positioned to work in an entirely agile way and that the digital transformation journey is not the same for everyone. We’re comfortable adapting our ways of working to achieve the best outcomes for each client.
Who we are
Our directors have over twenty years' experience across the public and private sectors, from dotcom startups to 80,000-person Government deparments.
We have extensive experience working to the Government Service Standard. We’ve taken several services through assessments and provided assessment coaching to other agencies, as well as having assessed many services ourselves across Government.
